We understand that the areas around Jad Hair Sydney salons can be busy, therefore we suggest aiming to arrive 10-15 minutes early if you are driving as parking can be difficult. If you are lucky enough to get a spot straight away, come in early and we can make you a drink whilst you wait.
In order to ensure that everyone can be seen we not only require a booking but also have a No Show and Late Cancellation policy.
We encourage you to let us know if you can not make your appointment so that we can offer it to another client.
To help with this we will send you a sms 48hrs & email 24hrs prior to the 24hrs cancellation window as a reminder in case you need to amend your booking.
If you are late to your appointment we may need to alter and/or shorten your service at our discretion. You will still be required to pay the full booked service cost.
Please note that if you miss your appointment without notifying us it means someone else missed out on an appointment also.
Your card details are encrypted and kept secure, even we can not see them and they are kept secure by the same provider as Spotify & Uber.
Please note we have a surcharge/payment processing fee on all electronic payments.
Deposits are non-refundable, you can reschedule your appointment outside of the 24 hours before your appointment and your deposit will be transferred over to your future booking.
If you are unable to reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours before your appointment.
In the event that we are able to fill your spot for a late cancellation we are happy to apply your deposit as a credit for a future booking. This does not apply to No Show’s.
